A full brand identity and image was to be developed for this new café. Key considerations such as the heritage of the mill building housing the café, as well as a strong sense high quality, locally sourced and healthy foods were the key brand messages.
A classic and striking font was used for the logo, ensuring the brand would be timeless and sit well in its surroundings. An emphasis was placed on texture and pattern, drawing on inspiration from the old exposed brick walls of the building. Sketch illustrations emphasise the feel of simple but high quality food and drink.
The strong brand identity created could then be carried across multiple platforms from the interior and exterior of the building to the website, printed materials and social media.
