Carlton Wood Mill approached us to develop a strong brand and create an easy-to-use website to launch their online presence. Many competitor websites were very difficult for the customer to navigate so usability was a key element of the brief. We created a bold, simple logo and used earthy tones of browns and greens to create a natural theme to the site. By conducting an on-site photo shoot, we were able to capture the essence of the mill and take some great product shots, to aid the ease of navigation through the site. We utilised clear, simple signposting, call to action areas and images as well as text to explain the products on offer, to make the website easy to navigate and shop.
